Scope of Cooperation
We are a specialized OEM/ODM manufacturer of makeup brushes and beauty tools. Our services are strictly designed for Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions.
- Eligible Clients: Brands, Retailers, Importers, Wholesalers, and E-commerce Sellers.
- Exclusions: We do not provide personal retail services or direct-to-consumer (DTC) drop-shipping for single items.
Order Rules & Payment
MOQ Policy
Minimum Order Quantity varies by customization level and material availability.
- Standard Stock 500 sets
- Private Label 1,000 sets
- Full Custom 3,000+ pcs
Payment Terms
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) for international orders in USD/EUR.
Lead Time
Calculated from the date of deposit receipt and final sample approval.
Customization & Tooling
Sampling Policy
We support rapid prototyping for your designs. A sample fee is required to cover material and labor costs. However, 100% of the sample fee is refundable when your subsequent bulk order meets our MOQ requirement.
Intellectual Property & Molds
Mold Ownership
If the client pays the full mold opening fee, the mold belongs exclusively to the client. We will not use it for production for other customers.
Confidentiality
We respect your IP. We are happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to protect your unique designs, logo usage, and business information.
Quality & After-sales
Quality Assurance
Our production follows ISO 9001 standards. We conduct rigorous inspections at three stages: Raw Material, Semi-finished, and Final Packaging.
- Acceptance Quality Limit (AQL): 2.5 / 4.0
- Third-party inspection (SGS/Intertek) welcome
- Pre-shipment photo/video confirmation
Warranty & Claims
Please inspect the goods upon arrival. Any quality discrepancies must be reported within 10 working days of receipt with photo/video evidence.
Legal & Dispute Resolution
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control. In such cases, the affected party must notify the other within 7 days.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this cooperation shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
